Our mission at Fowler Presbyterian Church is to ever-increase people’s joy in Jesus Christ by honoring God and loving others.
We carry out our mission mainly through the following four values:
1. Joy–Joy is an awareness of God’s grace which produces gladness and praise to God. We desire our joy in God to spill out into the lives of others. We want to be a community that helps you experience the fullness of joy as we live life in God’s presence (Psalm 16.11)!
2. Beauty–The beauty of all of creation reflects the beauty and glory of God. We desire to live our lives to reflect His beauty and harmony. We want to be a community that helps you gaze upon the beauty of the Lord (Psalm 27.4).
3. Grace–Grace is God’s kindness and favor for the whole human race, most vividly displayed on the cross of Christ. We want to be a community that helps you experience God’s grace abounding to your life!
4. Truth–Truth connects us to reality. We desire our lives to be grounded in the God of truth found in holy scripture. We believe Jesus “came from the Father full of grace and truth.” (John 1.17) We want to be a community that helps you experience God’s glorious truth in your life, so that you may experience true freedom and joy. “You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.” (John 8.32)
