Acts 14: 23  Paul and Barnabas appointed elders for them in each church and, with prayer and fasting, committed them to the Lord in whom they had put their trust.
Beth Feaver: Beth is glad to serve the church as an Elder.  She has been a member of our church since her marriage to Tom Feaver in 1984.  She and Tom raised both their sons in our church and have appreciated the sincere love and fellowship of our church.  As an Elder, one of Beth’s main responsibilities is to oversee the missions portion of the budget.  After recently retiring, after a 38-year teaching career, Beth is looking forward to seeing what God has for her in this new chapter of her life.  In the meantime, she is enjoying spending time with her family, reading, gardening, and hopefully traveling.
Tom Feaver:  Tom has been a member of the Fowler Presbyterian Church since the 1960’s. He came to the Lord in the 1970’s. He gives his thanks to all the saints that went before him and prayed for his salvation.  He is a sinner saved by grace, and he is grateful to his Savior for loving him and choosing to graciously redeem him.  His family has been in the Fowler area and in the church for generations.  He has been married to Beth, his beautiful wife, for 35 years. They have two adult sons, Travis and Greg and one daughter-in-law, Sarah.  Tom works for an international farm chemical data base.  As an Elder, Tom serves as he Clerk of the Session.  He does visitations and assists in any way possible.  He also teaches an adult Sunday School class.
 John Cruz:  John was born in Brooklyn, New York but was raised in Wilmington, California.   John was an educator for 38 years, serving as Superintendent of Fowler Unified School District for sixteen years before retiring in 2010. He and his wife, Pat
have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. In addition to serving on the Personnel Committee, John sings in the church choir and he also manages the church website..  He and Pat have been members of the Fowler Presbyterian Church since 1998. 
Dale Gillespie:  Dale has attended the Fowler Presbyterian Church since he was an infant.  He first came to know Christ after attending Calvin Crest Jr. High Camp.  The Fowler Presbyterian Church has been an integral part of Dales entire life, and is the only church he has attended regularly.  He became a member in his early 20s.  Through the years, he has taught Sunday School, and helped with the Jr. High class and with the Sunday night Youth Group.  He was a Deacon for 2 terms.  He was called to be an Elder and with much prayer and consideration, accepted the call.  He chose to become an elder because he felt God was giving him the opportunity to give back to a church that has given so much to him.
Ron Monis:  Ron is a life-long resident of Fowler, a graduate of Fowler High School and has attended Fowler Presbyterian Church all his life.  He has been a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley for 30 years and holds a degree in psychology from CSU Fresno.  He lives in Fowler with his wife of 30 years, Deborah, and youngest daughter Madison who attends Fresno Pacific University. Their oldest daughter, Alyssa, is a recent graduate of CSU Long Beach and currently resides in Huntington Beach while their middle daughter, Sydney, lives in Fresno with her husband Levi Peterson and owns her own hair salon. Ron served previously as a ruling elder, has taught Sunday school and has been actively involved in church leadership for 20 years.  He considers it an honor and privilege to serve the church that has been such an integral part of his and his family’s life.

Dan King:  Dan has been a member of the Fowler Presbyterian Church for 40 plus years. He has also been a raisin grape farmer for about as long.  Dan has served on the Property and Finance Committee and the Personnel Committee. He and his wife, Cindy, also assist in the kitchen for church functions and Kids Club.
Allen Teixeira:  Allen was born in Fowler on a farm between Fowler and Easton that was owned by his parents.  Later in life, Allen farmed the property for close to 30 years, while also working as a raisin buyer for local raisin packers. He sold the farm property in 2006 and retired as a buyer in 2012.  He and his wife Nancy have beern married for 50 years and have no children.  Allen was baptized in the Fowler Presbyterian Church and he and his wife have attended the church for most of their lives.
Bob Martin: Bob and his wife Barbara were raised in Fowler.  They were truly blessed to be married in the Fowler Presbyterian Church in 2002 and have been members of the church for about 20 years.  Bob graduated from Fowler High School and then received a degree in Agricultural Business from CSU Fresno.  Upon graduating, he continued managing the family farm of Natural Thompson Seedless grapes dried into raisins.  He has been employed by the National Raisin Company for over 40 years as a field representative and buyer of grapes, raisins and dried prunes.  Bob’s hobbies include restoring old cars and is currently President of the Fowler Pharaoh’s Car Club.  Bob feels very grateful to be considered by the congregation to serve as an Elder of the Fowler Presbyterian Church.
